Dear Parents/Carer,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for another successful year at the African Community School; it has been a good and enjoyable academic year with your dedicated parental support.

This letter is a REMINDER that Saturday School has come to the end of the summer term. There will be no Saturday School on the 30th July 2022; the last day will
be Saturday 23rd July 2022. Saturday School will resume on the 10th September 2022 at 10 am.

Fees:

Primary Fees of £35.00/ month plus additional one month in advance are payable first day/ Saturday of each month or £120.00 termly.

Secondary: Fees of £40.00/month plus additional one month in advance are payable first day/ Saturday of each month or £140.00 termly and regardless the numbers of Saturday in each month. You will receive invoice for September start week beginning 22nd of August 2022.

Once registered with the African Community School we advise all parents to encourage their child/ren to attend the school on a weekly basis because pupils are required to pay the normal fees even when absent (except where there is a valid reason).

If you are receiving child tax credit/universal credit, please contact HMRC for help and any parent that needs more information or in difficulties can contact the ACS office on 02079238350 or 0748 4356 541.

Children should bring: 3 workbooks, pen, pencil, ruler, sharpener, a dictionary if they are in secondary school and a snack/drink for their 15 min break.
