ACS Online Saturday School Launch & Registration

Due to COVID -19, we are continuing to run our Saturday School online from July until it is safe for in-person education to resume back in class. 

Online Saturday School is for children in Year 4 – Year 10, every Saturday between 10 am – 3.30 pm.

We’ve been a registered charity since January 2000 and are also Ofsted registered. We help those in need to build their confidence, learn new skills and empower them to gain employment.

In our safe and welcoming space we conduct flexible and affordable, OCR and NCFE accredited educational and training sessions.

Who we work with

  • 5-16 years old

We promote community cohesion by ensuring our services are accessible to all ethnic groups in the community

Our Programmes

  • Revision classes for GCSE and SATs tests, homework support, ICT classes, African dance and drumming classes
  • Extra tuition to improve performance for both primary and secondary school subjects: KS1 to KS4
  • ICT classes for young people
  • Youth programmes: drug awareness education, self development, confidence building, and encouraging confident participation through peer education schemes and peer mentoring
  • Educational/cultural trips to places of interest
  • Sports (football), games, and adventurous outdoor activities
  • Parenting classes

  • Educational seminars/workshops and African cultural events for families
